EARTH DAY 2021

 

1. We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children. Happy Earth Day!

                      Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22 to acknowledge the global climate crisis which is at an alarming state and needs your immediate attention. This day reminds us of what we are dealing with and how it can harmfully impact our future. Since the world is battling the deadly COVID-19 pandemic, the topic of global warming has been overshadowed again. So, it's very important to talk about such a critical topic and spread awareness on how we can save the Earth. 

                  The theme of Earth Day this year is Restore Our Earth which "focuses on natural processes and emerging green technologies that can restore the world's ecosystems. In this way, the theme rejects the notion that mitigation or adaptation are the only way to address climate change." This year, the earthday.org calls on everyone to "be a part of the change".
